Screaming Soccer Dad
I’ve got a little man
Who looks just like me
And I played soccer
So so does he
He’s no good at running
No good at fielding
But it’s not just a sport
It’s character building
And I yell “Kick the ball”
Like the boy don’t know
Might seem kinda funny
But he’s kinda slow
A little overbearing
But I’m not so bad
Got this polo I’m wearing
I’m a screaming soccer dad
If coach would put me in
I could kick some ass
There’d be nine-year-olds
Strewn across the grass
But that’s the sort of thing
That just ain’t done
So I pace the sidelines
And blow out my lungs
I’m yelling “Kick the ball”
Like the boy don’t know
Might seem kinda funny
But he’s kinda slow
A little overbearing
But I’m not so bad
Got this polo I’m wearing
I’m a screaming soccer dad
And I yell “Kick the ball”
Like the boy don’t know
Might seem kinda funny
But he’s kinda slow
A little overbearing
But I’m not so bad
Got this polo I’m wearing
I’m a screaming soccer dad
